Notes:

 Michael-Thomas Foumai (b.1987) was named the 2013 Music Teachers National Association Composer of the Year and was selected by Maestro Lorin Maazel as winner of the Composer’s Forum Competition at the Castleton Festival. Michael’s awards include the 2012 Jacob Druckman Prize and three BMI composer awards. His works have been performed by the symphonies of Albany, Aspen Buffalo, Cabrillo, Castleton, Milwaukee, New England, Portland, Sioux City, the American Composers Orchestra, Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and Alarm Will Sound among others. Michael holds degrees in composition from the Universities of Hawaii (BM) and Michigan (MM, DMA).
